Catch Up On These Must-See One Chicago Crossover Events

On January 29th, NBC is set to air a three-series One Chicago crossover event — the first of its kind since 2019. The three exciting episodes will bring all your favorite characters from Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Chicago P.D. together, with plenty of action and drama in the forecast.

Before these new episodes air, we’re looking back at must-see One Chicago crossover events from years past. Read on to see which episodes you should catch up on before January 29th.

2016

This three-series crossover starts with Chicago Fire S4E10 “The Beating Heart” continues with Chicago Med S1E5 “Malignant” and ends with Chicago P.D. S3E10 “Now I’m God.” After Firehouse 51’s firefighter Christopher Hermann is stabbed at his bar, he’s treated at Chicago Med. Meanwhile, a woman rescued from a fire turns out to be one of several patients given unnecessary chemo by the same doctor who was responsible for the death of the wife of P.D.’s Sergeant Hank Voight.

2018

In this high-stakes and heart-breaking crossover event, a high-rise fire endangers the life of firefighter Stella Kidd and claims the life of Pat Halstead, father of Med’s Will Halstead and P.D.’s Jay Halstead. The action unfolds starting with Chicago Fire S7E2 “Going To War,” continues with Chicago Med S4E2 “When To Let Go,” and wraps up with Chicago P.D. S6E2 “Endings.”

2019

Also ranked as some of our most bingeable episodes, the “Infection” crossover is a truly gripping watch. This crossover event starts with Chicago Fire S8E4 “Infection Part I” and moves on to Chicago Med S5E4 “Infection Part II” and concludes with Chicago P.D. S7E4 “Infection Part III.” In these nail-biting episodes, first responders work alongside the CDC to face a rare-but-deadly bacteria that’s spreading throughout the city and taking its toll.

Catch the three new crossover episodes on Wednesday, January 29th on NBC from 8-11p.m. ET/PT. Chicago Fire will kick things off at 8 p.m., followed by Chicago Med at 9 p.m. and concluding with Chicago P.D. at 10 p.m. Stream the crossover episodes the next day and catch up on past episodes on Peacock.
