Since 2000, Ice-T has played the role of beloved Sergeant (formerly Detective) Odafin Tutuola on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Not only is he second in command of the Manhattan Special Victims Unit and a powerful presence in the interrogation room, Fin is the second-longest serving character on the show, and has delivered some of the most memorable lines of the series.
