S. Epatha Merkerson Honored by International Radio and Television Society Foundation
Last month, S. Epatha Merkerson of Chicago Med and Law & Order was honored at The International Radio and Television Society Foundation’s Giants of Broadcasting and the Electronic Arts Award Luncheon. In addition to being an Emmy, Golden Globe, NAACP and SAG award winning actress, S. Epatha has been an integral part of Wolf Entertainment since she landed her role on Law & Order in 1993, which she played until 2010. She continues to earn praise in her role on Chicago Med, as well as in crossover appearances on Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D.
The Giants of Broadcasting & Electronic Arts is an annual celebration of the distinguished individuals who for the past century have been the creators, innovators, journalists, leaders, performers, and producers that have brought the electronic arts to the prominence they occupy today, and who have set the stage for the future.
