A brand new three-part One Chicago crossover event is coming in 2026! The highly anticipated episodes are set to air on Wednesday March 4th on NBC. Before the heroes of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago P.D. once again team up to face whatever crisis comes their way, catch up on these other unforgettable crossovers. 

2025’s “In The Trenches” crossover centers on a gas explosion that rocks the city and prompts Chicago’s first responders to come out in full force. Beginning with Chicago Fire S13E11 “In the Trenches: Part I” before moving into Chicago Med S10E11 “In the Trenches: Part II” and concluding with Chicago P.D. S12E11 “In the Trenches: Part III” (Chicago P.D.), this crossover promises plenty of action — and delivers.

2019’s “Infection” crossover is a truly gripping watch. This crossover event starts with Chicago Fire S8E4 “Infection Part I” and moves on to Chicago Med S5E4 “Infection Part II” and concludes with Chicago P.D. S7E4 “Infection Part III.” In these nail-biting episodes, first responders work alongside the CDC to face a rare-but-deadly bacteria that’s spreading throughout the city and taking its toll.
